The villa offers first-class service and facilities in a beautifully designed, expansive tropical setting. Rooms are spread over four levels, with the main floor home to the living and dining rooms, a sparkling professional kitchen and an elaborate cinema room. Offering total privacy and rejuvenation, the villa is serviced by a Thai chef, a villa manager and concierge service. Indoor and outdoor spaces take full advantage of the views and tropical setting, with a spacious pool terrace forming the heart of the villa. Waterfall Bay Villa has five well-furnished bedrooms including two master suites. One of these is twin-bedded while the others each have king-sized beds. All the bedrooms feature private bathrooms with bathtubs or Jacuzzis. A sixth smaller bedroom with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom provides an extra sleeping space for two. A spa room with a sauna and whirlpool, a rooftop terrace and study offer some inviting spaces to relax and unwind. The living area comprises of living and dining rooms, a sparkling professional kitchen and an elaborate cinema room. For entertainment, the villa offers 90-inch projector screen, satellite TV, DVD players, Bang & Olufsen stereo with Bose speakers, PlayStation, iPod dock, pool table and table tennis. A nine-passenger car and driver is available on a complimentary basis for up to 8 hours a day.
