This is an extremely convenient holiday villa, just a short distance from Chaweng Noi beach and located in a resort with 24-hour security and a communal swimming pool, which is just footsteps from the villa. Relax on the outdoor terrace and take in the tropical surroundings. With 2 bedrooms sleeping 4 people, this villa is ideal for a couple, single persons or a small family.

Making your way into the main living space, you will find a snug lounge area with a wicker three-piece sofa suite and a television with international channels and a DVD player. In the same area, you will encounter a cozy kitchenette with modern appliances and a breakfast bar area for informal dining.

There are two bedrooms, both of which have air-con, wardrobes and relaxing atmospheres. The master bedroom comes with a double bed and access to an ensuite bathroom, although the second bedroom has 2x single beds, making this an excellent villa rental choice for families with 2 kids.

This villa comes with some great resort style facilities such as daily cleaning services, Wi-Fi internet, a safe deposit box, and a selection of fresh bed linen and towels. You really do get the best of both worlds with this holiday villa rental.

The villa sits in an idyllic holiday location just 0.55km from the popular Chaweng Noi Beach on the East Coast of Koh Samui. Restaurants are just 500 meters away, shops 1km, spas 1km and the main nightlife options at Chaweng Beach 2.2km away.

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
