When we are on holiday, we want everything we need to be close by so we don’t have to go far. That is exactly what you get with this 1-bedroom resort-style apartment, 0.55km from Chaweng Noi Beach on the east coast of Samui Island. The resort offers a large communal swimming pool with an external Jacuzzi, a short walk from your holiday retreat, tropical gardens and onsite 24-hour security.

Sleeping 2 people, this condo is perfect for a single, and even more perfect for a couple. You can sit out on your own terrace and watch the world go by amidst he tropical brilliance. There is an open plan living space that comes with a lounge, dining area and kitchen rolled into one. The lounge has a flat-screen TV with Western channels and a DVD player, all close to the comfy sofa suite.

There is a 4-seat dining table in the open plan space, right next to a kitchen that is built to Western standards and comes with a choice of modern appliances.

There is a single bedroom in this apartment, equipped with a king-size bed that can sleep a couple or single person. The bedroom has access to a bathroom, and also comes with a safe deposit box, a wardrobe and air-conditioning.

The condo is just 0.55km from Chaweng Noi Beach and 1km from shops and spas. The best nightlife options in Samui at Chaweng Beach are only 2.2km from the resort making it such a convenient option.

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
