Basking amidst a tropical resort that is just a short walk from Chaweng Noi Beach, this 1-bedroom condo on the Samui East Coast sleeps up to 2 people and offers an affordable yet convenient holiday location. The resort enjoys 24-hour security, tropical gardens, and a communal swimming pool with a Jacuzzi, which is very close to the apartment.

Sit back on your private terrace and soak up the tropical ambience of this cool and inviting apartment. The open plan living area offers nice views out across the estate and comes equipped with a sofa suite, and entertainment features such as a DVD player and a flat-screen TV with international channels.

Next to the lounge there is a kitchen that offers a convenient choice of appliances for self-catering and also a 4-seat circular dining table.

This is a condo perfect for a couple or a single person with 1-bedroom that has a king-size bed and access to a bathroom with a shower, toilet and wash basin. The bedroom has air-conditioning, wardrobes and even a safe deposit box for your valuables. Take advantage of the daily cleaning services. 

Located in eastern Koh Samui, just a short walk from Chaweng Noi Beach 0.55km away, and with shops and spas just 1km away, you have every close by. Restaurants are even closer at just 500 meters from the holiday home. If you are a nightlife seeker, Chaweng beach is just 2.2km from the resort and home to bars and eateries.

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
