This 1-bedroom condo is situated in a tropical resort just footsteps away from the communal swimming pool and outdoor terrace area. Sleeping up to 2-people and offering a peaceful and idyllic location, the resort also has 24-hour security and is just 0.55km from Chaweng Noi beach on the Eastern coastline of Koh Samui.

This clean and modern apartment has a nice terrace overlooking the resort gardens and swimming pool, offering direct access into the main living area that is comfortable and comes with a stylish 2-piece sofa and a flat-screen TV with a DVD player and many international channel choices.

In this open plan living space, you will find a cozy 4-seat dining table and a snug kitchenette area with modern appliances that aid self-catering.

The single bedroom is home to a large king-size bed, wardrobes, access to a bathroom, a safe deposit box, air-con and a vanity set. The bedroom sleeps 2 people and is ideal for a single person or a couple.

Other features include daily cleaning, alongside fresh bed linen and towels and WiFi internet.

The location of this holiday retreat is also what makes it such a desirable option. Chaweng Noi Beach is just 0.55km away from the condo and can be reached via a short stroll. Essentials such as restaurants are also just 500 meters away, with shops and spas 1km from the small resort. The main nightlife area at Chaweng Beach, which is home to many international eateries and nightlife choices, is just 2.2km.

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
