Boasting stunning blue/green views and lots of glass, the 3-bedroom villa is done in a sophisticated minimalist fashion. Part of the bottom of the infinity pool is see-through, providing unrepeatable experiences. 

The rooms are spread over 4 stories. The top floor features the rooftop with pool, outdoor dining and BBQ; the 2nd floor features the master bedroom; the open plan living, kitchen and dining are on the 1st floor; the bottom floor accommodates the remaining two bedrooms.

All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, and the master bathroom features a bath tub. The sleek kitchen is fully equipped for comfortable meal preparation. The villa also has secure parking, free Wi-Fi and daily cleaning service is provided.

The house is set near Rawai Beach which is 1 km away; attractive Nai Harn beach is 3 km away. The whole area is bustling with great local and international restaurants offering fresh seafood, bars, grocery stores, markets, temples, and shops.

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
