This 3 bedroom villa, ideally located less than 500m from the beautiful beach of Chaweng Noi, will be perfectly suited for holidays with family or friends. Its swimming pool is surrounded by deckchairs and outdoor pouffes that will delight you for relaxing afternoons, and an outdoor dining room where you can spend evenings around an exotic meal. Its open kitchen fully equipped overlooking the dining room will allow you to spend convivial moments of sharing with family or friends. Large bay windows make this room very bright and offer a panoramic sea view. A first room, adjoining the living room, combines a refined decoration. Its king-size bed, oriented on a large bay window with sea view, will promise you unforgettable sunrises and sunsets. This room has a classic and luxurious private bathroom with walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms are bright, independent and have a common bathroom also classic and luxurious with walk-in shower. They are located in the left-wing of the house and offer a superb sea view. One of them offers a decoration with driftwood. The other offers a more urban decoration in brown tones. They are both equipped with a king-size bed. The three bedrooms overlook the terrace with sea and pool views, are air-conditioned, equipped with fans and large closets. The villa is equipped with a Smart TV that will promise entertainment to young and old alike. Finally, parking for cars and scooters is at your disposal. Our team of professionals will put at your disposal all its know-how and knowledge of the island to guide you and make your stay unforgettable. We will share with you the essential addresses, the most beautiful beaches, and the most unusual activities and places you never thought of. Other remarks Our agency is located in the heart of Fisherman's village, and you guarantee proximity and responsiveness in case of problems. In addition, electricity and water are not included in the rental price. A meter reading will be done on your arrival and departure. For information, the KW is at 7.5bahts the unit.
