Villa Sawan is a spacious and beautifully designed property within walking distance of Bangrak, a popular village on the north shore of Koh Samui. The property is set in immaculately maintained walled tropical gardens that offer privacy as well as a safe place for children to play. The villa has off road parking for up to four vehicles. The villa has a large swimming pool that has both a deep and shallow end as well as a Jacuzzi. To the right of the pool is a large covered outdoor lounge and dining area with comfortable seating and attractive dining furniture. The pool terrace has comfortable sun loungers and an outdoor shower. Double doors from a further dining area, directly in front of villa, open up into a comfortable living area with wooden pitched ceilings, sumptuous seating, a large flat panel TV with DVD player and attractive decorative items. Beyond the living area is a further dining area with a solid wood table that can comfortably seat up to six guests. Beyond this area is an open plan kitchen with a breakfast bar with seating for two. The modern well appointed kitchen has a four ringed gas hob, a built in electric oven and microwave, a large fridge and ample cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. To the right of the kitchen you will find a useful utility/storage room. Bedroom one can be found to the right of the living area. This large, bright and airy room has direct access to the pool terrace, a large comfortable bed and an attractive en-suite bathroom with a rain shower. Bedroom two can be found directly opposite bedroom one and, like bedroom one, is tastefully furnished and has an en-suite bathroom with a rain shower. Bedroom three can be found to the left of the living and dining area. This room features a four poster bed with crisp white linen and attractive scatter cushions and a large outdoor covered terrace overlooking the pool with comfortable seating. Just outside this bedroom you will find the third bathroom that also has a rain shower. The villa has UBC television, two iPod docking station, on in each of the indoor and outdoor living areas and WiFi throughout.
