Overview

The villa sleeps 6 people in its 3 bedrooms that are all set on the second floor. All bedrooms have TVs, closets, king size beds, and air-cons. The master bedroom also has a terrace and its own bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share one bathroom.

The villa has a roofed pool terrace where you can unwind to the natural sounds of the trees and birds. There are two sun loungers as well as seated areas, perfect for catching up with one another with a cooling beverage in hand. 

The common areas are located on the first floor. There is a living room with a couch and flat-screen TV, full European-style kitchen (with a toaster, kettle, 2-ring electric stove, fridge with freezer, and microwave), and a dining area for 6. 

The villa boasts garden views and many floor-to-ceiling windows that enhance the overall natural feeling. There is a guest bathroom with shower next to the living room, as well as a washing machine. Free Wi-Fi and daily cleaning are included.

The villa belongs to a resort that has more villas with 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms for rent. Safe parking and a restaurant are available on the premise. This resort has a sister property on Chaweng Beach where you can use beach beds and the communal swimming pool free of charge. A complimentary shuttle bus runs between the two few times per day.

The villa is located just south of popular Chaweng Beach, in an area called Chaweng Noi. 

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
