The ground floor of this luxury villa has an entire back wall of sliding glass doors which open up to a private pool and outdoor lounging/dining deck. Bask in the sun while the kids splash around in the pool, or watch from the living room as the cool breeze flows in from outside. The beautiful pool and entertaining deck may very well be your go-to place afternoon and evening relaxation.

Boasting two well-designed and fashionably furnished floors, the ground level is an open-plan layout combining kitchen, living, and dining rooms into one spacious area. Interior designs and fixtures are extremely modern and exude a bright, welcoming ambiance. Quality appliances as well as comfortable furniture ensure that this villa provides everything you’ll need for a fantastic stay. Hosting 3 bedrooms, the master and guest rooms occupy the upper floor and provide an equivalent attention to detail as the ground floor. Two balconies are also on the upper level, which grant panoramic views of the paradise of Phuket.

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
