Located less than 1 km from Kamala Beach, Villa Phawta is an ideal summer home for a family with children or two couples. The contemporary 2-bedroom 3-bathroom house is tasteful and simple-lined yet fully furnished and very snug. The large private garden featuring sunbeds and a private pool, in addition to a separate BBQ outdoor space, makes for a flawless lounging spot during sun-filled Phuket days.

Villa Phawta also encompasses a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living room with large glass doors that welcome lots of natural light. Two bedrooms are also roomy and each has a flat-screen TV, so with a 3 TV home there will be no arguments about the remote. There is a separate laundry room, as well as a private garage for cars and motorbikes. You wouldn’t even need to drive all the time since there are many places in Kamala within walking distance from the villa, from scenic Kamala Beach to convenience stores, restaurants and bars.

Kamala Beach is on the west coast of Phuket, favourite amongst families with small children because of its warm waters and lots of open space for sports and activities. Although not nearly as busy as famous Patong, Kamala is located just north of it so both Patong Beach and Bangla Road with many shopping and nightlife attractions are a mere 15-minute car trip down the road. Another close by beach is upscale Surin with its famous beach clubs like Zazada Beach Club, Diamond and Catch.

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
