Overview

This welcoming villa is set inside of a prominent development in Rawai recognized by Trip Advisor. It features everything for a comfortable stay of up to 10 people. Villa Oditi has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, plus charming common areas that include a large patio, living room, and open air dining. 

 

Three bedrooms are set in the villa’s main building, and two are across the pool. The master bedroom has its own bathroom, second and third bedrooms share one, and the two detached rooms have en suite bathroom each. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, queen size bed in the second, fourth and fifth bedrooms, while the third bedroom has two single beds.

 

The villa features a homely living room with a 40’’ LCD TV and DVD player. It opens up to the pool area where you will find loungers and a covered outdoor dining table; this area is beautifully lit at night time.

 

There is a fully fitted western kitchen with a breakfast bar with 4 chairs at the villa. The two detached bedrooms feature a kitchenette each, convenient for preparing breakfast or light meals.

 

The villa has free Wi-Fi, carport and a washing machine, plus included cleaning service.

 

Convenience stores open 24/7, spas, and plentiful restaurants are located within a 0.5 km radius. Rawai Beach is 1 km away from the property, while Nai Harn Beach is 2 km away.

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
