On the ground level, you will find a fully fitted gymnasium, which also doubles as a kid's playroom. Situated within a 10-minute stroll of Nai Harn Beach, which is reputably one of the best beaches in Phuket, and a 10-minute stroll to convenience stores, bars and restaurants, you have everything you need within touching distance that will make your holiday something you will never forget. Being situated in the exclusive Nai Harn area of the island is ideal for those who enjoy privacy, natural beauty and tranquility within just 1km to Nai Harn Beach, bars and restaurants. Within a 3 minute drive or a 2 minute walk, you can easily find those local attractions and facilities. Laem Promthep, Rawai Beach, Chalong Temple and the Big Buddha monument are all within a ten minute drive of Villa Morakot. The beaches and villages of Kata and Karon are also only a 20 minute drive away. Nai Harn is situated on the southwestern coast of Phuket, in one of the most naturally gifted places in the whole of Phuket. 

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
