If you are a couple, single persons or a small family looking for a luxury holiday home near the beach while retaining a resort-style ambience, this 2-bedroom sea-view villa was created just for you. Not only does it have its own sea-views, but it is also part of a development that comes with a sea-view eatery and bar, a large communal swimming pool and 24-hour security.

Just 300 meters from the beach near Nathon on the eastern Samui coastline, this ultra-modern villa sleeps up to 4 people and has a stylish modern contemporary style design. The lounge area has a light and inviting atmosphere with a white L-shape sofa, amazing sea-views and a flat-screen TV.

Next to the lounge in the same open plan area, you will find a Western-style kitchen with lots of modern appliances, and a 2-seat dining table.

There are two beautifully appointed bedrooms in this villa, both with king-size beds and connecting doors to ensuite bathrooms. The rooms have air-con, nice views and relaxing environments. The bedrooms sleep 4 people, ideal for couples, singles and small families.

There is an expansive roof-terrace with a Thai sala, an astro-turf lawn, grill and lots of seated areas to bask in the ultimate elevated sea-views you will ever find.

This is a convenient holiday villa, 300 meters from the beach, and only 1km to bars and shops, a 10-minute drive from Nathon.

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
