When you seek a luxury holiday in Koh Samui with sea-views, contemporary designs and all the best facilities and amenities nearby, this 1-bedroom sea-view villa sleeps 2 people and is 300 meters from the beach near Nathon on the east coast of Samui. Its resort location is perfect for holidaymakers, coming with 24-hour security, an onsite bar/restaurant and a sea-view communal swimming pool.

If you are a single person or a couple who seek privacy and luxury, this ultra-modern villa is impressive and ideal for you. The open plan lounge area enjoys light tones and comes with an L-Shape sofa, a DVD player, lots of international channels and a flat-screen TV.

Also part of the open plan area is a small 2-seat dining table and a cozy kitchen with Western-style appliances to give you all the choice in the world.

Sleeping up to 2 people, the single bedroom is spacious and luxurious, with its king-size double bed, air-con, safe deposit box and access to an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a bathtub, shower, toilet and wash basin.

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
