Making your way into the villa, you are greeted by a contemporary-styled lounge with light tones all around. Relax on the stylish L-shape sofa while taking advantage of the flat-screen TV with its choice of international channels. Literally next to the lounge in this open plan space is a 2-seat dining table and a kitchen area that was built to high standards, offering you the choice of self-catering if that is what you desire.

The single bedroom sleeps up to 2 people in its king-sized bed in fully air-conditioned surroundings. The bedroom also comes with draws and a safe deposit box, while also enjoying an ensuite bathroom with a shower, bath, toilet and wash basin.

If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
