The villa has 1-bedroom and is situated in a resort that has 24-hour security, a sea-view swimming pool and a sea-view bar/restaurant that offers awe-inspiring elevated views.

The villa has light tones all round, enjoying sea and mountain views. The main living area is open plan, coming equipped with a lounge with a comfortable sofa, and entertainment features that include a modern flat-screen TV with international channels.

In the open plan living space, you will also encounter a 2-seat dining table next to a Western style kitchenette area with modern appliances for those who enjoy a spot of self-catering.

The bedroom also comes with the same light tones and contemporary design, offering a king-size double bed, safe deposit box, air-con, wardrobes and access to an ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet, wash basin and a bathtub.

One of the best features of this villa is the stunning private roof-top terrace that offers many seated areas and a Thai sala, perfect for lunch or absorbing the stunning ocean views in the distance.

This is a villa that merges a convenient location a 15-minute drive from Nathon with stunning sea-views, just 0.3km to the beach, 3km to nightlife and approximately 1km from shops and spas. With an onsite restaurant and swimming pool with a kid’s section, you literally have everything close by.

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
