Overview
The villa is set in a fantastic estate recognized by Trip Advisor for several years in a row. Its setting is very peaceful yet near Rawai beach in southern Phuket. The villa has a private garden with a swimming pool where you can fully unwind while reading and sipping on a cool beverage.
The villa’s interior matches the exterior and you will feel closely connected to nature, yet with modern amenities at hand. Aside from the outside lounging area, there is a roofed dining table that allows for al fresco meals; dinners will be particularly lovely due to the lighting around the pool.
There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the master bed with an en suite bathroom and the second bathroom accessible from the living room. Both rooms are fully furnished and sleep up to 5 people as an extra single bed can be added to the second bedroom.
The cozy living room is open plan and next to a fully equipped western kitchen. It features a couple of sofas, flat screen TV and a shelf with a great selection of books.
Free Wi-Fi is included, and so are daily cleaning and safe parking. If you are travelling with a group of friends, you could rent out several almost identical villas.
Villa Maiki is only hundreds of meters away from many restaurants, bars and massage shops. Breathtaking Nai Harn Beach is 2 km away.

* Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice.
* Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity.
Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day.
Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day.
If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out.
* Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time.
* Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
