Located near to Lipa Noi Beach on the west coast of Koh Samui, this modern and luxurious villa has 2-bedrooms sleeping 4 people and a private garden with a swimming pool. Decorated in cream, orange and black tones throughout, against the backdrop of wooden furnishings makes this property aesthetically pleasing.

The villa has 2-bedrooms, 2 ensuite bathrooms, a kitchen, dining area and a lounge. There is a garden with a private swimming pool and adjoining terrace, which is a great place to relax at poolside on the nearby sun loungers and a table and chairs, both day and night.

This villa sleeps 4 people across its bedrooms and is ideal for a small family, couple or a small group of friends.

Located close to Lipa Noi beach, this villa basks in a beautiful location on Samui’s western coastline. A stroll along the beach and you will find seafood restaurants and a handful of bars, and even the world famous Nikki Beach Club.

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
