This modern and spacious 1-bedroom villa is located near to Lipa Noi Beach on the Koh Samui western coastline in one of the most beautiful positions imaginable. Per for a single person or a couple looking for a romantic holiday, this villa is a hive of relaxation.

Utilizing many shades of cream and orange in the modern interior, with elements of black and lots of wooden fixtures and fittings, this property is extremely attractive.

The villa has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, an expansive fitted kitchen, dining room and a lounge that looks out towards a garden and terrace where you will find a private swimming pool amidst many plants and flowers.

The bay windows in the bedroom leads directly to the pool area, offering direct access. Sleeping 2 people, this quaint and cozy villa is a great option.

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
