The 4-bedroom, multi-level property comes with spacious living spaces with Asian influenced decor and rich furnishings. Outside, the villa is fringed by a dramatic sea view pool, wide sun terraces and shaded relaxation and dining areas, and a seaview relaxation sala. The four bedrooms of villa Kohia are located in the rear of the building. Three of them located side-by-side on the upper floor and are connected by a wide, covered and furnished terrace. The master suite presents additional private space, stunning sea views plus a 42" TV and a bathtub in the ensuite. The two remaining guest bedrooms on the upper floor also feature ensuite bathrooms with combination in- and outdoor bathrooms and rain showers. The lower floor double bedroom opens to the inner courtyard and also includes a mezzanine level library and connecting bathroom. At the lower level, villa Kohia has a poolside lounge and terrace to soak up the evening sun, sea breezes and stunning views in cushioned comfort. The poolside space beneath the upper floor lounge houses the second expansive living and dining area which is furnished with a large sofa, coffee table and another 8- seater dining table and chairs, perfect for al fresco meals.
