Overview
This summer house has everything a family or a group of maximum 5 friends would need on a vacation. Besides having your own private tropical garden with a turquoise pool, here you can take pleasure in open air meals at the dining table. You can also borrow a book from the villa’s extensive selection.
The villa has a full western kitchen for easy meal preparation. You could also order food in from the nearby restaurant, or walk less than 500 meters to find a selection of great restaurants, both Thai and international.
The living room is airy and vibrant, with comfortable furniture and a flat-screen TV. There are two bedrooms, both with dress tables and closets. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom features 3 single beds, and the second bathroom with a shower is in front of the room.
The villa has a laundry room, free Wi-Fi, and safe parking space. Daily maid service is included in the rate.
Villa Kaipo belongs to a serene estate in southern Phuket, and it is possible to rent out a few villas of the same style.
You can find many attractions in this area, or take a day trip by a long tail boat from the nearby Rawai Beach (1 km away). Adorable Ya Nui Beach is a 5-minutes’ drive away from the villa.

* Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice.
* Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity.
Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day.
Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day.
If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out.
* Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time.
* Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
