When you seek a villa rental in Samui that merges that special luxury lifestyle with convenience and class, this 4-bedroom villa, sleeping 8 people is a desirable option. Located in a residential estate, just 300-meters from Bangrak at Bophut, the villa enjoys equal amounts of privacy, luxury and convenience.

Located within stunning tropical gardens, the villa has a large private swimming pool with a kid’s section, 2 outdoor terraces, lots of seated areas and even a BBQ for hosting garden parties.

The spacious interior enjoys a modern tropical design and provides an open plan living space with a lounge that has a large TV with international channels and a modern and adjustable leather sofa big enough for 8 people. The kitchen is 5-star, coming with a vast selection of modern appliances, next to a dining room with an 8-seat wooden dining table.

The 4-bedrooms are all located upstairs and come with a stylish selection of artworks. 3 of the bedrooms have king-size beds and ensuite bathrooms, while the 4th bedroom option has a queen-size bed.

The location at Bophut ensures that beaches, bars and restaurants are never too far away, and within a 5-minute drive, you can visit the most popular tourism area on Samui at Chaweng Beach, where you will find world-class shopping centers, international restaurants and a cool bar scene.

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
