Overview

Due to its privileged position on the beachfront and stunning sea views, this is a house you will seldom wish to leave. The views are enhanced by the use of long glass windows in the living area and in the 3rd bedroom. Moreover, there is a private swimming pool with deck and two sun beds, plus a big lawn with a coffee table for 2, both facing the panoramic sea views.

The villa has 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms: two bedrooms are in the main part of the villa, and the third one is standalone on the level below. Each bedroom has a king size bed, wardrobe, and TV, and the third bedroom comes with a fridge and a small sofa as well. 

The living room is open plan with dining and kitchen. The dining room table is for 6 persons, and the kitchen is modern and fitted for basic self-catering. The lounge features an entertainment system that includes a large flat-screen TV with DVD player and a surround system, perfect for stay-in nights. 

The villa has a safety deposit box, hair dryers in each bathroom, and one Jacuzzi bath tub in the master bathroom. Free internet and daily maid service are included.

The villa belongs to a resort that features basketball and tennis courts, 400 square meter swimming pool, sauna, and a gym. Bophut and Fisherman’s Village are 900 meters away.

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
