Overview

This modern villa is an ideal summer base for two couples or a family. There are two bedrooms, both fitted with king size beds, TV units, vanity tables and wardrobes with slippers and bath robes. The master bedroom also has a balcony and a safety deposit box. There are two en suite bathrooms with all amenities; the master bathroom comes with a Jacuzzi tub while the second bathroom features a shower.

Villa’s shared spaces are airy due to many windows, offering lush green views of the garden. The pool deck with two sunbeds is just in front of the living room so the indoor and outdoor spaces blend naturally. The kitchen and dining room are open plan with the living space. The kitchen is contemporary and of western style, featuring a stove, fridge, kettle and a coffee maker; the dining room table is set for 4 people. The living room is complete with an entertainment unit, a TV, DVD player and a surround system, and a comfortable sofa.

The villa is owned by a resort with many additional facilities, such as 400 square metre pool, steam room and sauna, fitness centre, and basketball and tennis courts. It is also possible to rent several 1-, 2-, or 3-bedroom villas if you are travelling with more people.

Bophut Beach is 900 metres away from the complex, and the resort provides free shuttle bus to and from Chaweng Beach twice per day. Free Wi-Fi and daily cleaning are included.

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
