Overview

Choosing the right holiday accommodation is a pre-requisite for having a memorable holiday, and this superb villa has an abundance to offer to its guests. Cool down in the private swimming pool, or peruse the 400 square meter communal pool at the resort. Moreover, you will have a choice of using the resort’s sauna, basketball and tennis courts, fitness center, and restaurant.

The villa’s outdoor area comprises a pool deck with an umbrella and two sun beds, plus a terrace with a table for 2.

The villa’s interior is modern, featuring quality furnishings and details. The bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, TV, closet with safety deposit box, and a vanity table, with a Jacuzzi bath tub, sink and toilet in the en suite bathroom. For added convenience, the bathroom is also accessible from the kitchen.

The open plan living area with dining and kitchen is L-shaped. The Western-style kitchen features contemporary appliances such as an electric stove, fridge, and a kettle. A dining table for two is next to it, and in the living room you can enjoy lazy evenings with a flat-screen TV and a DVD player. 

The resort has several 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom villas for rent, and a number of additional services available such as cooking classes, excursions, and transportation options. Free internet and daily cleaning are included.

The villa is situated in Bophut area, 900 m away from Bophut Beach where you will find shops, restaurants, and spas.

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
