This villa is located on the north coast of Koh Samui, just 1.3km from Bang Po Beach and offering a modern and comfortable stay in privacy while still being close to all the action.

Comfortably sleeping 4 people, this villa comes with a tropical garden and a 2-tier swimming pool, next to a covered terrace with a table and chairs. You can enjoy stunning pool views directly from the lounge area, which comes with an inviting corner-sofa within close proximity to a flat-screen TV with a DVD player and a surround sound music system.

Next to the lounge you will find a dining area with a grand 6-seat wooden dining table, close to a kitchen with lots of appliances, perfect for a self-catering experience. 

Both bedrooms have double beds, air-conditioning and wardrobes, although the master also has an ensuite bathroom and breathtaking views out to the pool and patio.

The 2 bathrooms both have showers, toilets and wash basins, although the master also comes with a bathtub. 

The location is a short drive from Bang Po Beach where you will find restaurants and stunning ocean views, just a short drive to the action-packed areas of Chaweng and Bophut.

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
