Overview

With an exception of a small staircase that leads to the bed in one of the bedrooms, this villa spreads over a single level which is convenient if you are travelling with children or elders. All rooms are airy and welcoming, particularly the living room that connects to the pool terrace and boasts many glass doors.

The white leather sofa and TV in the living room are set against a stunning natural backdrop. Just behind it you will find an open plan kitchen and dining area plus a corner with a small working desk – no matter what you do in this space, you will enjoy stunning bay views.

The kitchen is fully fitted according to the western standards and it includes a hob, microwave, oven, refrigerator, kettle and a toaster.

The villa features three bedrooms with king size beds that sleep a total of 6 people. The master bedroom comes with an en suite bathroom while the other two bedrooms share one bathroom. The third bedroom has an interesting design with the bed above a small living area.

There is a private parking as well as a washing machine, hairdryer and ironing set on the premise. Wi-Fi and daily maid service are complimentary.

The villa is located between the areas of Maenam and Bophut, about 1 km off the main road. Maenam Beach is a few minutes' ride (2.3 km) away from the property.

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
