Prepare yourself for a colour and smell therapy of a lifetime: set right beside the ocean in Kalim Patong, the setting of this wonderful villa is a treat for all senses. With a private pool and a couple of terraces where you will find sunbeds and seated areas, you can work a sun tan and go swimming without ever leaving the premise.
 
Additionally, the area the villa is in will satisfy even the pickiest visitors. The house is located just outside bustling heart of Patong so you can easily experience all the action, dining, shopping and partying while being able to retreat to your private paradise whenever you wish. Kalim neighbourhood is also famous for an array of delectable restaurants of all worldwide cuisines.
 
The villa has 3 beautifully fitted air-conditioned bedrooms; two of them come with en suite bathrooms and the third bedroom is located near the guest bathroom. You can enjoy a total of 3 TV units at the house: there is a TV with DVD and a surround system in the living room, and the master and second bedroom also have a TV each.
 
While there are endless dining options in the area, the villa comes with a kitchen that is fully equipped for seamless meal preparation, plus a large dining room table and a breakfast bar.
 
Less than 500 meters away you will find shops and restaurants, and Patong centre is 1.5 km away. Daily cleaning and free Wi-Fi are included in the rate. 

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
