Villa Anantinee is a secluded, gated villa located at the end of a private drive. Overlooking the gorgeous stretch of water on a private Rawai beachfront, guests will be amazed by the views from the 3 terraces of this holiday home. Every bedroom opens up to the ocean, and lounging spaces are scattered throughout the property so each guest may choose their favorite spot for relaxing.

The living room is separate from the main house, and also doubles as the entrance to the property. Outdoor dining tables can be enjoyed from the lowest terrace, adjacent to the kitchen, as well as on the highest level where the cool ocean breezes are magical.

The fully-equipped kitchen provides an open-air atmosphere for the cook in your group, and a well-maintained and landscaped seafront garden with access to a private sandy beach is an added bonus of this property, and more than makes up for the lack of a swimming pool.

The 3 spacious bedrooms, each with an ensuite bath, allow for a total of 6 people to find a comfortable place to rest at the close of a fulfilling day in Phuket.

Villa Anantinee is elevated on a hill just above the shore and you are always just steps away from the beach. When guests wish to explore the area of West Phuket, local attractions and popular beaches are mere minutes from the accommodation. One sight you won't want to miss is the sunset over Promthep Cape, just 1km from Villa Anantinee. Exciting activities such as Muay Thai Boxing, hiking up to Big Buddha, or catching a long boat to various surrounding islands, are all within a 10km radius.

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
