Enjoy sunny Samui days only meters away from the beach in your private tropical garden where you can swim in the pool and take in soothing waterfall sounds. The garden Sala offers sea views and features a table with 8 chairs where you can dine al fresco style. Directly facing the greenery is the standalone living space with walls made of glass – even as you opt for watching TV or movies on the entertainment set you wouldn’t be far away from the nature. 

There are 6 beautifully appointed bedrooms that can sleep up to 12 people at the villa. Four bedrooms are located at the main building and two are standalone; one bedroom features twin beds while the rest of the beds are king size. All bedrooms come with modern furnishings and elegant en suite bathrooms, four of which have a bath tub.

The kitchen at the villa is western style and fully fitted, including a dishwashing machine. There is a dining room table set for 8 persons next to it, so you will have the choice of indoor and outdoor dining. 

Since Villa Alkira belongs to a five-star development, a range of optional services is available on site. Free Wi-Fi and daily maid service are included in the price, and the villa also has an electric gate and a private parking. 

Restaurants and shops are about 1 km away from the property, while it takes about 5 minutes by car to reach Nikki Beach Club. 

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
