Overview

You may be looking for a cosy rather than a stylish holiday rental, but properties like Villa Ajay Samui represent a successful marriage of both qualities. The villa is highly homely and a delight to spend time in. Every visitor is bound to marvel at its stunning features, from tall gracious windows that let the light and nature in to the striking wooden furniture adorning every room.

The villa has 3 floors, 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms; four bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and the fifth bedroom is next to a shared guest bathroom. All bedrooms come with king size beds, are elegant, fully fitted and air-conditioned.

As for the common spaces, there is a large living room with balcony, sea view working area and a home theater where your group can spend lots quality time. Moreover, you will never get tired of the scenic views this space provides. The house is also home to an outdoor pool and a BBQ set which guarantee great afternoons under the Samui sun.

There are two fully fitted kitchens at the villa with a full range of modern appliances, making self-catering that much easier. There is a large dining table next to the main kitchen, and a smaller one next to the second kitchen.

There is a washing machine, ironing set as well as a parking on the premise. The rate includes free Wi-Fi throughout the villa as well as daily cleaning.

The villa is a 5-minute ride away from Bophut and approximately 15 minutes away from Samui International Airport.

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
