Triumph Villa B is a semi-detached holiday rental with two bedrooms, set in a quiet natural setting 1.5 km away from the beach. The villa spreads over 2 floors and boasts many floor-to-ceiling windows that create a warm atmosphere, plus a private swimming

Overview

The 2-bedroom summer home is great for travelers looking for a private and serene location that isn’t far from a beautiful unspoiled beach and points of interest. The interior is modern and lean but also welcoming, as the usage of large windows showcases the tropical surroundings. There is an adjoining terrace outside the living room with an outdoor dining table for 4, right next to a bright blue pool and a green lawn. 

The villa has 2 floors, 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet in the living room. The lounge and kitchen are open plan and on the ground level. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, while the western kitchen features all the appliances for smooth meal preparation, including an oven and a coffee maker. 

Both bedrooms are located on the villa’s first floor and can accommodate up to 4 persons. They have modern fittings, air-cons, and en suite bathrooms; the master bedroom comes with a king size bed while the other bedroom features a queen size bed. You can rent both semidetached villas, sleeping 8 persons.

The villa has a washing machine and private parking, and daily cleaning and free Wi-Fi are included. It is located in Maenam in northern Samui, with a white-sanded Maenam Beach only a 1.5 km away. Spas, convenience stores, and restaurants are about 1,200 meters away and therefore reachable both by car and on foot. 

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
