With an excellent holiday location just 1.5km from Maenam Beach, this modern 2-bedroom semidetached villa enjoys a private countryside location surrounded by luscious greenery and sleeps up to 4 people in total. The design is unique, and the location ideal for a Samui holiday experience.

The villa is set over 2-levels and comes with a private terrace area with a table and chairs, next to a private swimming pool. From the garden, you can access the main living areas through the tall patio doors that open up the downstairs.

The lounge faces out towards the pool and comes with a modern contemporary design, an L-shape leather sofa, alongside a flat-screen TV with international channels. The Western-style kitchen is set at a slightly higher level and has a breakfast bar and lots of modern appliances. 

The 2-bedrooms both enjoy jungle views and come with king-size beds, ensuite bathrooms and air-conditioning, sleeping 4 people in total. For a bigger group you can rent both villas, sleeping 8 persons.

The villa is located in prime holiday territory just 1.5km from Maenam beach and only 1.2km from restaurants, spas and shops. This is a very private location, but being close to the beach and lots of nearby amenities offers you the best of both worlds. The Fisherman’s Village is 9.5km from the villa, just in case you fancy some wild nightlife.

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
