Step through the impressive gated entrance and you will emerge into a private courtyard garden. A pathway will lead you through a white archway and onto the two living pavilions. On the left of the path, there is a stand alone store room and laundry area. The path leads through the planted garden to the pavilion and then directly into the open plan living pavilion. There is also a fully fitted western kitchen and dining area. A lounge in front of the dining area boasts comfortable water hyacinth furniture. From here, doors open directly into the swimming pool. On the left of the lounge, there's a bathroom and beyond that there's a further lounge area with a distinctive Chinese feel. This area can be separated with bi-folding wooden doors to provide a private escape form the rest of the property. To the left is a door that leads into the master suite with fitted wardrobes, frosted glass-doors, a large bed and a water hyacinth sofa. The en-suite bathroom has Jacuzzi bathtub and a walk-in shower area. Back in the lounge, the floating wooden steps lead to the gallery, which has a table and chairs and a door leading into the next bedroom. This is another double room with an en-suite shower room and beautiful views over the property and the ocean.
