This modern contemporary villa is spectacular in every way. From the stunning hillside location with elevated views of the sea and beach below, to the awe-inspiring interior design and convenient location just a short distance from restaurants and shops, this is the ultimate Koh Samui villa rental for those with an eye for style.

The impressive infinity swimming pool offers superb sea-views and is located on a terrace that leads directly into the main living areas, coming equipped with tall ceilings and a pristine white color scheme that gives it an air of class. The lounge area is located on the second floor and comes equipped with a comfy sofa and a flat-screen TV with international channels.

On the ground floor leading out to the pool terrace, you will find a dining area with a beautiful chandelier and a large 8-seat wooden dining table, surrounded by tall windows that offers breathtaking ocean views, next to a modern kitchen area with lots of modern appliances.

There are 4-bedrooms in the villa, sleeping up to 8 people, all with double beds, flat-screen TVs, air-con and ensuite bathrooms. Some of the bedrooms have the most awe-inspiring sea-views, making this villa such a spectacular option.

The location of this villa also compliments the luxury atmosphere just 2.2km from Chaweng Noi Beach on the east coast of Samui, and also just 0.3km from restaurants, 0.35km from shops and just 2km from spas. The main stretch of nightlife options at Chaweng Beach is just 4.2km away.

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
