Overview

Nai Harn is a popular area in southern Phuket, famous for its breath-taking beach and a fantastic variety of shops, restaurants, parks and temples. The 7-bed 7-bath villa is situated close to all the action, yet far enough to provide absolute peace. 

The palatial villa has two levels that comprise 7 bedrooms, 2 living rooms with 50’’ TVs, game room with pool table, workout equipment, lovely infinity pool with Jacuzzi and a big deck with sunbeds, BBQ and outdoor sala, covered balcony, and a fully furnished European style kitchen that caters for every need of a large family.

As a part of a modern development, the villa comes with safe parking space, daily cleaning service and free internet. Professional cooking and other services are available upon request and at an additional charge.

Reaching Nai Harn beach from the villa takes about 15 minutes by foot – there you can enjoy swimming and sunbathing, take a massage or try authentic Thai food. Rawai is another popular tourist and beach area, only about 3 km away.

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
