Well set aside the business heart of Bangkok, the complex is set over 7 towers with a common lounge area where one can meet people staying in the complex. This apartment has all the comforts that a home offers. Privacy is of paramount importance and this 3 bedroom apartment comes with complete privacy and modern facilities set into a living room, dining area, and kitchen. The best feature of this apartment is that it overlooks the swimming pool and the gardens centred in the complex and has all modern facilities including a spa, a fitness centre, an international restaurant, a swimming pool, a clubhouse and a children’s play area. All these facilities are continually upgraded and are the most modern available, enabling you to enjoy your holiday in Bangkok in fine style.

Location
The located is ideally on the edge of the Bangkok commercial district and along the river. This apartment is connectible to all areas of Bangkok easily. The complex has its own complimentary shuttle bus plying all through the day to take you to the locations you like and also connects to the preferred mass transit system in Bangkok – the Skytrain.  Taxis are also available easily in the area enabling to get anywhere in Bangkok inexpensively.

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
