Sadhay B1 Condo belongs to a contemporary building complex with a private parking, 24-hour security, swimming pool, and a fitness centre. You will love its convenient situation since it is has direct swimming pool access so you can swim and sunbathe from the time you open your eyes in the morning.
 
The apartment has everything you’ll need for a smooth holiday. There is an open plan living room with kitchen where you can relax and enjoy meal preparation whenever you wish to stay in. The kitchen features a stove, oven, refrigerator, and a kettle. In the living room there is a seated area along with a flat-screen Cable TV.
 
The master bedroom comes with a king size bed, wardrobe, and an en suite bathroom with shower; the second bedroom features a single bed and a shelf with some hangers. The apartment also has a guest bathroom with shower located across from the second bedroom.
 
Perhaps the best feature of the condo is its location: it offers its guests a chance to stay near everything Patong has to offer while avoiding the crowds. You will find endless shopping, dining and nightlife options less than 2 km away from the complex, and two superb beaches, Patong and Freedom, are only a 1.5 km away respectively.
 
Free Wi-Fi and daily maid service are included in the price, and the condo comes with a safety deposit box as well.

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
