This apartment building with 24-hour security is modern and beautifully designed. The studio is attractive and colourful, offering ample space to a couple or a single traveller. There is a vanity corner, en suite bathroom, fully fitted kitchen, great lounge area and a veranda with a table and chair. As the condo is conveniently located on the same floor as the communal pool, just beside it, you will take a great pleasure in the pool-facing veranda.
 
While the studio is bright and spacious, blackout curtains are provided so that guests can rest well on the king size bed any time of the day. The living room corner is fitted with a couple of comfy sofas and chairs, coffee table and a flat-screen TV. There is also a vanity desk, wardrobe and a safe where you can safely store your belongings away.
 
The kitchen comes with everything you’ll need for self-catering: a sink, an electric stove with extractor, fridge, microwave, and even a coffee maker. The en suite bathroom features a basin, toilet, and a standard and rain shower.
 
High-speed Wi-Fi and daily cleaning are complimentary, and there is a safe parking at the complex as well.
 
With some convenience stores less than a 0.5 km away, two beaches in a 1.5 km radius, and everything Patong has to offer within easy reach, a 10-minute drive away, this holiday abode is the perfect choice for your Phuket stay.  

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
