The first aspect guests will notice about Rawayana Pool Villa is the sparkling water of the private pool. An elevated sun deck floats atop the pool area, and adjacent to the water is a BBQ grilling area with an 8-person dining table. Stepping into the main living area, an open-plan layout boasts spacious living, kitchen and dining rooms. An enormous wrap-around couch occupies a majority of the living room, and a formal dining table for 8 guests sits directly behind this area. Modern furnishings fused with Thai art and colour schemes create an elegant and equally relaxing ambiance. 5 bedrooms all serve as sleeping quarters for two people, and most have an ensuite bathroom as well. In total, this luxury holiday home can easily and comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests for the ultimate Phuket experience. 

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
