Basking in a private and secluded location directly between Rawai and Chalong in Southern Phuket, 600 meters from Chalong Bay and 1.8km from Rawai Beach, this is prime holiday terrain. Modern and spacious, relax in the garden or take a dip in the private swimming pool.

This is the perfect family villa, coming equipped with 4-bedrooms that sleep up to 8 people, set over two-levels and 800sqm in total land space.

Relax amidst the luxurious and comfortable open-plan design that offers a lounge with a large flat-screen TV with international channels, or enjoy a spot of self-catering in the fully-equipped Western-style kitchen.

There are 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 of which have TVs and DVD players, while the other two offer direct pool access. There are 5 bathrooms, with the master showcasing a Jacuzzi bath. With a mixture of wooden fixtures and fittings, alongside ceramic floors, this villa merges class with modernity.

The location ensures you are close to shopping centers such as Villa Market and Makro in Chalong, and all the bars and international restaurants that lead to Chalong Pier.

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
