The 1-bedroom home comes with every amenity you could possibly need, including a TV, full kitchen, lots of storage space and a deluxe bathroom with toiletries. The bedroom featuring a King Size bed opens to the private balcony from which you can take pleasure in quiet reading moments as well as romantic sunset cocktails.

A part of a first-rate modern Asian development, the estate provides access to 2 swimming pools with loungers and bar space, an exercise room, and a massage area. Safe parking, free Wi-Fi access throughout the property plus daily maid service, are included in the rental. 

A few convenience shops, local and international eateries and a spa are reachable by foot, all between 500 and 700 meters away. Patong Beach, place of action with great shopping and nightlife, is about 15 minutes away by car.

Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
