Situated in the well-known Nikki Beach Resort at Lipa Noi Beach in Koh Samui, this stunning 1-bedroom penthouse apartment merges supreme luxury and the picture-perfect location. Enjoying sea-views and also views of the resort’s communal swimming pool, this apartment is the ultimate holiday rental.

The wooden deck elevated terrace has 2x daybeds and offers views out to the beach and sea, while another balcony off the lounge overlooks the communal swimming pool. The open plan lounge has wooden floors and an ultra-modern design, coming with a large L-shape sofa, wall-mounted flat-screen TV and a 2-seat circular wooden dining table, near to a kitchen that comes with a fridge and kettle.

The single bedroom is integrated with a bathroom, enjoying wooden floors, a king-size double bed, wooden draws, a wall-mounted TV, a wooden bathtub, shower, wash basin and toilet.

The great thing about staying on this 5-star resort is you get to take advantage of the sea-view communal swimming pool, gymnasium and gardens that lead down to the beach.

Lipa Noi Beach is situated on the West coast of Koh Samui, with the Nikki Beach Resort being just 50 meters from restaurants and 1.3km to shops and spas. This is a very private location in a tranquil tropical position.

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
