Located just footsteps from Lipa Noi Beach in an absolute beachfront location at the Nikki Beach Resort, this luxury 2-bedroom villa sleeps 4 people and is situated in a desirable location on the Koh Samui Western coastline. Perfect for a single person, couple, small family or 2 friends holidaying together, this villa merges luxury and convenience into an unbeatable package.

The sea-facing garden comes with turf lawn areas that are home to a private swimming pool, sun-loungers and a dining terrace with a 6-seat table with sea-views, leading into a lounge area with a L-shape sofa and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Surrounding the lounge are tall patio windows that open up to poolside and to those exotic sea-views. There is also a cozy kitchen area with a fridge and kettle.

There are 2 bedrooms, both enjoying views out to the beach and coming with king-size beds sleeping 4 people. The bedrooms have wardrobes, air-conditioning and ensuite bathrooms.

Situated in the Nikki Beach Resort, the villa can enjoy the communal facilities that include a swimming pool and gymnasium. The villa is located on the West coast at Lipa Noi, just a short stroll to restaurants and 1.5km from spas, shops and nightlife.

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
