Just meters from Lipa Noi Beach on the western coastline of Koh Samui, we have this 2-bedroom absolute beachfront villa with a private swimming pool just footsteps from the sand, situated in a 5-star development/resort with a communal swimming pool and a fully-equipped gymnasium. This villa is part of the very well-known Nikki Beach Resort.

The villa has a Modern Asian design and sleeps 4 people in total, perfect for couples, singles and small families. The garden is a thing of beauty, coming with a turf lawn, a private swimming pool with sea-views and a covered terrace area that doubles as a dining room with a 6-seat table.

The interior of the villa is cozy, with a lounge that has patio windows either side, opening up to the garden and pool and also enjoying sea-views. The lounge has a sofa and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, within close proximity to a kitchenette with a fridge and kettle.

The 2 beautifully-appointed bedrooms both enjoy sea-views, air-conditioning, king-size beds and access to ensuite bathrooms. 

The location of this villa, part of the well-known Nikki Beach Resort, enjoys a stunning and desirable beachfront location on Lipa Noi Beach, which is just 50 meters from restaurants and only 1.5km from bars, shopping and spas. This is a villa that bestows that special tropical Thailand island experience. 

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
