Nestled in a beautiful beachside location looking out across the Gulf of Thailand, Na Jomtien Beachfront Villa is the ultimate luxury 5-star villa in Pattaya. Set over 2 floors with 7 bedrooms, the villa has an awe-inspiring modern contemporary design and sits just meters from Na Jomtien Beach.

Decorated in light tones, both internally and externally, this villa sets high standards that other rental villas will struggle to achieve. Strolling along the beach, you can access the back garden where you will find neatly trimmed lawns, an infinity private swimming pool and an outdoor terrace with seated areas that leads directly into the open plan living space.

Surrounded by tall floor-to-ceiling windows that let in lots of natural light, the open plan area has a lounge, dining area and western kitchen that all look out towards the beach and sea. In the lounge area, you will also find a pool table, which is a nice recreational feature.

The ground floor is home to 3 bedrooms, with the 4 remaining bedrooms on the upper level. One of the best aspects of the villa is the expansive roof terrace that comes equipped with a bar area, BBQ, lots of seated areas and a Thai sala with comfortable seating. For the best views of the Gulf of Thailand and the Pattaya sunset, nothing beats this roof-terrace.

Location

The villa is situated in an absolute beachfront location on Na Jomtien Beach, which is just 5km from the main part of Jomtien where you will find lots of bars and international restaurants. Although the beach at Na Jomtien is not one of the prime stretches of sand in the region, you can still find some picturesque spots. The location is very private, although a 600 meter walk will take you to Sukhumvit Road where you will find some small Thai restaurants and convenience stores. Great seafood restaurants such as Rimpa Lapin are just a 5-minute drive away. Pattaya is roughly a 15-minute drive from the villa, north of Na Jomtien.

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
