This 2-bedroom villa, just 1.8km from Chaweng Beach, really does offer the ultimate tropical holiday experience. So close to lots of holiday amenities while keeping a peaceful and secluded atmosphere, the villa really does offer the best of both worlds.

The villa enjoys a modern and comfortable design, with contemporary styling. The garden is cozy and inviting, coming with a terrace area with seats and loungers, all centered around a private swimming pool.

The main living spaces lead directly out to the terrace and swimming pool through patio windows that give the property an open feel. Here you will find a flat-screen television with a DVD player and international channels, close to a comfy sofa, while being footsteps from a fully equipped modern kitchen and a wooden dining table.

There are king-size double beds in both bedrooms, alongside wardrobes, air-con and access to bathrooms. The main bathroom comes with a bathtub as well.

The location is perfect for a holiday, 1.8km from Chaweng Beach, which is famous for its exciting nightlife options, restaurants and shops. Even inside the development, just a few steps from the villa is a restaurant and bar. Just 100 meters from the villa, there are some nice restaurants, making this one of the most convenient holiday villas around. 

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
