This 2-bedroom villa is located in a modern development just 1.8km from Chaweng Beach. Coming with 2 bedrooms that sleep 4 people, a modern interior design, a private swimming pool and garden, this villa is a great option for your Samui holiday.

The villa enjoys lots of privacy, surrounded by a tall perimeter wall, leading to a garden with a private swimming pool, and a terrace with sun loungers and seated areas.

The main living spaces face out towards the pool and garden, offering direct access through the tall patio windows that surround the area. The lounge comes with a sofa and a flat-screen TV with international channels and a DVD player, sharing the area with a Western kitchen with modern appliances and a breakfast bar/table.

This is a great villa for families as the master bedroom has a double king-size bed while the guest room has 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have access to bathrooms, wardrobes and air-con.

The location of the villa is just 1.8km to Chaweng Beach where you will find lots of bars, shops and restaurants, although there are also restaurants just 100 meters away. For utmost convenience a restaurant and bar is just meters from the villa inside the development.

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
