Sat behind a tall perimeter wall that aids seclusion and privacy, you will find a quaint garden with a private swimming pool and a terrace area with loungers and seating. The garden terrace leads into the lounge through tall windows.

The lounge is cozy yet modern and comfortable, with a nice sofa all within footsteps of entertainment features that include a DVD player and a flat-screen TV with international channels. In the same area you will find a Western kitchen, perfect for self-catering, and a 4-seat wooden breakfast bar/table.

There are 2 bedrooms in this villa, sleeping 4 people and coming with king-size double beds, wardrobes, air-con, and access to ensuite bathrooms. 

The villa is only 1.8km from the popular Chaweng beach, home to a vast choice of bars, restaurants and shops, although other restaurants are just 100 meters from the villa, making this a prime holiday location. This tranquil development features even an onsite restaurant and bar for utmost convenience.

* Free internet access. * Daily maid service is included in the price of your property except Palm Grove Pool Villas, Na Jomtien Executive Suites and View Talay Pool Villas or as described separately in the property description.; includes a daily clean of your Villa and making of the beds, it does not include washing up your dishes. If this service is required an offer to the maids of a nominal contribution will usually suffice. * Water and Electricity. The price includes a daily allowance for free mains water and electricity. Properties up to and including 4 bedrooms have 57 Kw units allowance per day. Properties of 5 bedrooms and above have 100 Kw units allowance per day. If your free allowance is exceeded, a charge of 7 (seven) Baht per unit will be made. This is deductible from your refundable security deposit on check-out. * Your towels will be changed every other day and bed linen every four days. Extra towels can be provided if required at a laundry charge of 10 Baht per towel per day and extra changes of bed linen charged at 350 Baht per bed per time. * Each bathroom will be provided with an initial set of shampoo, shower gel and toilet paper. Other than this, we do not provide any further toiletries.
